We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible success of DECEPTION (Aldatmak), produced by TIMS&B Productions, broadcast by atv, and distributed internationally by Inter Medya. The series has received well-deserved recognition at the prestigious Produ Awards, the most significant accolade in Latin America’s television industry.
At this year’s ceremony, DECEPTION stood out with four nominations and won Best Non-Spanish Language Telenovela. Additionally, Mustafa Uğurlu was honored with the award for Best Non-Spanish Speaking Actor for his outstanding performance as Tarık.
Producers Timur Savcı and Burak Sağyasar expressed their heartfelt gratitude in a special video message, while Mustafa Uğurlu personally thanked the Latin American audience for their unwavering support.
Now in its eighth year, the Produ Awards took place from October 30 to 31, 2024, featuring a 48-hour live broadcast with awards presented across 100 categories. The virtual event attracted a global audience and featured live appearances from various industry stars.
Directed by Murat Saraçoğlu and written by Yıldız Tunç, DECEPTION has captivated audiences with its gripping and emotional storyline. Following its success in Türkiye, the series has been licensed in multiple countries, strengthening its presence on the global stage. After launching in Latin America on Chilevision (Chile), DECEPTION has further cemented its place in the region with these latest accolades.
This isn’t the first time a TIMS&B Productions series, distributed by Inter Medya, has been recognized at the Produ Awards. In 2020, BITTER LANDS won Best Telenovela in a Foreign Language, while Vahide Perçin received Best Non-Spanish Speaking Actress for her unforgettable role as Hünkar. In 2022, THE TRUSTED won Best Telenovela in Non-Spanish Language, with Alina Boz earning Best Non-Spanish Speaking Actress for her remarkable performance.
