In a nameless metropolis in the near future, an enigmatic cult enamored with technology and worshipping the almighty algorithm promotes a novel social media application known as “Kathartist.”
This app requires users to produce content using advanced smart glasses equipped with concealed cameras. The cult actively recruits new members via this platform.

Lily, the daughter of Anne, a prominent figure in this cult, is an unsuccessful YouTuber and aspiring influencer. She finds herself inadvertently drawn into the cult’s web through her involvement with the app. Initially, she achieves the success and recognition she has long craved, despite not being able to reveal her face or persona, as the app’s content is generated from a first-person perspective using the POV glasses.

Lily will find herself trapped in a bizarre rivalry and one-sided obsession with Gabe, a worldwide famous influencer known for his reaction videos, especially targeting Lily’s original content.
