Crossover is a stage for those who don’t just sing music—they transform it. This 13-week competition challenges contestants to step out of their comfort zones by interpreting popular songs in entirely different musical genres, guided by a new theme each week. From pop to jazz, hip-hop to opera, contestants reimagine music in unexpected, creative ways. The goal is not just to sing beautifully, but to transform familiar songs into emotional, genre-bending performances.

In Week 1, contestants perform in their own musical style, introducing themselves and their sound to the audience and jury. In Week 2, they are challenged to perform in a completely different genre chosen by the jury—pushing them beyond familiarity for the first time. From Week 3 onward, the true crossover challenge begins: contestants must blend two different genres in a single performance, creating surprising and original musical fusions. From this point on, one contestant is eliminated each week.

Themes evolve each week, including movie soundtrack tributes, cultural costume performances, women empowerment themes, retro throwbacks to the ’80s and ’90s, celebrity duets, and storytelling-based performances. Each episode opens with a behind-the-scenes VTR showing the contestant’s preparation, followed by their performance. The jury evaluates performances both technically and emotionally, while the referee committee ensures compliance with the competition’s core rules and fair judging.

In Week 10, contestants face off in duels. In Week 11, they share a deeply personal story through their music. The semifinal (Week 12) requires two performances, including a return to their most impactful song. In the grand finale (Week 13), the remaining two contestants will perform the same song one last time in the Crossover Performance to become finalists.
