Rise Studios and Inter Medya announce start of production on CAGED LOVE

Rise Studios and Inter Medya have begun production on CAGED LOVE, their first co-investment project since announcing their partnership in December. Directed by Canan Çelik and filmed in Turkey with premium production standards, the series features Eslem Akar, Mert Altınışık and a notable ensemble cast, with a script by Zeynep Küçükerciyes and Ali Göğebakan.

Inter Medya CEO Can Okan and Rise Studios Founder Amanda Turnbull highlight the project as a key step in their strategy to bring high-quality Turkish drama to global audiences and to support stories that travel across cultures. CAGED LOVE is a romantic drama about Deniz, who assumes her dying friend’s identity to protect a child and ends up in a complicated marriage with Baran within the powerful Demiricihan family, confronting secrets and forbidden love.
