Shortly after secretly marrying the woman he loves, Melek, Serhat is forced to return to his hometown of Urfa, a place he has avoided for years. He comes back for his father’s illness, but an old promise made to end a blood feud forces him into a second, religious marriage with Yıldız. From surgeon to tribal leader, Serhat must now protect the the community he was born to lead, yet it is not only his leadership that is tested but also his love when his legal wife Melek arrives in Urfa.

Serhat is now compelled to live under the same roof with Melek, the woman he loves, and Yıldız, the woman he was forced to marry. The mansion is full of secrets and enemies surrounding it on all sides. While trying to hold on to his past as a doctor, Serhat discovers that Melek was also born in these lands.
